Lucia Dulce began as a beloved cake shop in Tagum and Digos, renowned for its handcrafted yema cakes, ensaymadas, and premium cakes like the Ube Moist and Mango Graham. Today, we’re proudly expanding our offerings to include freshly baked breads—such as our classic Pan de Coco and special breads like Wheat Loaf and Focaccia.

Automated Manufacturing Orders (Key Customization)

Challenge

Managing production manually was inefficient and error-prone.
Whenever a branch placed a new order, the warehouse team had to manually create manufacturing orders, which:

Caused delays in production

Increased the risk of missed or incorrect orders

Made it difficult to keep manufacturing perfectly aligned with real branch demand

Solution

We implemented an automated manufacturing order workflow in Odoo.

As soon as a branch generates a new sales order, a manufacturing order is automatically created in the warehouse company.

This automation removes all manual steps between sales and production

Manufacturing is now directly driven by actual branch demand.

Delivery Scheduling Mechanism

Challenge

Branches needed flexibility in choosing delivery dates, but there was no structured mechanism to align delivery expectations with production and logistics planning.

We implemented a custom delivery scheduling mechanism in Odoo.

While placing an order, branches can select a specific delivery date.

The system automatically calculates production, preparation, and delivery timelines based on that date.

These timelines are assigned across manufacturing and logistics workflows.

Custom Fields & Smart Filters

Challenge
